We typically ship out orders in 1/3 business days. When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number (if you have chosen tracking shipping) that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.
This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic European order. All orders within Europe are considered domestic European orders and they are shipped and delivered within 3-15 business days. All orders outside Europe are considered international and the delay can be up to 25 business days.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking information it is because you have chosen a delivery method without tracking.
We send orders in letter generally, there is no customs charge in this case normally. If there are, under no circumstances are we liable if customs charges apply.
